ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY (HIGH SEASON)
If a reservation is cancelled outside of (more than) 14 days from the date of the stay no charge is applicable.
If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date 100% of the booking is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
In the event of a “no show” 100% of the value of the booking will be charged.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY (LOW SEASON)
If a reservation is cancelled outside of (more than) 7 days from the date of the stay no charge is applicable.
If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date 100% of the booking is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
In the event of a “no show” 100% of the value of the booking will be charged.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY (FOR GROUPS- 3 OR MORE ROOMS)
High Season: 01 October – 30 April
30 days out from the arrival date, 100% of the group booking will be charged if cancelled.  If the hotel is able to resell these rooms, a refund will be honoured.
Low Season:  01 May – 30 September
14 days out from the arrival date, 100% of the group booking will be charged if cancelled.
If the hotel is able to resell these rooms, a refund will be honoured.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT

Check-in time is after 2:00 pm
Checkout time is before 11:00 am.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

We are more than happy to store luggage should you arrive before or depart after these times.

Hulbert House is a non-smoking hotel; please ask our team where the hotel’s designated smoking areas are should you want to smoke.
