Please note construction is underway and due to be complete in early May.

Simply hand over your keys upon arrival, and the team will take care of parking your vehicle. When you’re ready to explore, your car will be brought to you, ensuring a seamless experience without the hassle of finding parking.

Whether you’re heading out for a day of adventure or an evening in the town centre, the shuttle provides convenient and comfortable transport to and from the property. Hulbert House offers dedicated golf storage and a ski drying room, where you can store your equipment overnight. The room is designed to dry and maintain your gear, ensuring it’s ready for use the next day whether on the fairway or slopes.

Hulbert House offers complimentary e-bikes for guests who want to explore Queenstown at their own pace. These electric bikes make it easy to navigate the town and its surroundings, whether you’re cycling along the lakeshore or heading out for a scenic ride. E-bikes are a great way to see more of the area while enjoying the fresh air and stunning landscapes, all without the effort of traditional cycling. 

On prior request, our team can curate deeply personal dining and hosting experiences that feel more like a private residence than a hotel. We are able to prepare relaxed group dinners served in the Palm Lounge or on the lawn, long-table celebrations with matched Central Otago wines, elegant plated evenings for special occasions, or simple seasonal suppers designed around what is best that day. For those heading out to explore, we can arrange beautifully packed picnic lunches with house-baked treats, local cheeses, fresh salads and thoughtful touches that elevate a day in the mountains or by the lake. Our approach is quiet, attentive and tailored. We anticipate preferences, accommodate dietary requirements with care, and design each experience to suit the rhythm of your stay, whether that is restorative and private or social and celebratory.

Hulbert House is a luxury property best suited to adults seeking calm, privacy and refined hospitality. However, families are welcome. You may choose to bring children or a nanny and accommodate them in one of our eight nearby residences, located just moments from the main house. This allows parents to enjoy the tranquillity of the hotel while keeping family close and comfortable.

For milestone occasions, the entire property can be reserved for exclusive use. A full buyout transforms Hulbert House into a private estate for major celebrations, weddings, anniversaries or multi-generational gatherings, with our team dedicated solely to you and your guests.
